Web Developer Intern

We are looking for enthusiastic Web Developer Interns to join our team and contribute towards creation of new solutions, projects, tools, and scripts for use in the non-profit and governance space. You will assist in front-end implementation for feature development, platform upgrades, and continuous enhancements to ensure user-centric design. Our aim is to enhance the user interface and experience on ThunderQuote’s platforms and products.

As a Web Developer Intern, you will work closely with our team of developers to create and improve our website’s functionality, user experience, and performance. You will be responsible for writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code that meets business requirements.

The ideal candidate for this position should have knowledge and experience in web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You should have interest to learn and be familiar with web development frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Experience working with content management systems like WordPress and/or PHP/MySQL scripting functions is a plus.

You should have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential for this role. You should be able to take direction well and work independently on assigned tasks.

This is a paid internship program that offers the opportunity to build your skills and experience in web development while working on real projects. You will also have the chance to receive mentorship and guidance from our junior and senior developers and gain exposure to the latest web technologies and industry trends.
