Are you an experienced project manager looking for a new challenge? We are in search for dedicated project managers to collaborate with our Digital Consultants who serves as trusted advisors to charities and social service agencies as they embark on their digital transformation journey. As a Project Manager, you will be required to actively contribute to project planning processes and brainstorming sessions based on client needs.
You will be responsible for managing and coordinating resources, creating project plans, monitoring project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
Here are some ways you will be working together with us at TQ:
- Collaborate with Digital Consultant to identify business requirements, and work together in planning of activities and allocation of resources.
- Collaborate with Product team to understand solutions development that align with business requirements.
- Planning and defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Providing guidance and support to your team
- Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as needed to ensure that project goals are met.
- Assist in managing project budgets and timelines, including identifying and brainstorming solutions for issues that may impact project delivery.
- Communicating project progress to stakeholders, including team members, management, and customers.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that project goals are aligned with organizational objectives.
- Identifying and managing project risks, including developing contingency plans to address potential issues.
- Facilitating team meetings, including project kickoff meetings, project status meetings, and post-project debriefs.
- Ensuring that project documentation is accurate and up to date, including project plans, schedules, and reports.
