We’re actively seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in a hybrid capacity (remote work flexibility along with in-office presence). You’ll provide key support for our sales and partnership initiatives, dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that make a meaningful impact within the social and public sectors of Singapore and the wider region.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring prompt and efficient support.
- Foster and nurture strong relationships with our social and public sector clients and partners, gaining insights into their specific requirements.
- Primary administrative duties include CRM management, contract preparation, and coordinating meetings, and conducting follow-ups to ensure seamless continuity in sales operations.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our solutions.
- Implement and enhance a structured sales follow-up process to nurture leads and enhance conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to conduct market research, identifying potential clients, industry trends, and competitors. Provide valuable insights and recommendations to guide targeted marketing and sales strategies.
- Generate and maintain comprehensive sales reports and forecasts, offering valuable insights into sales performance.
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute events and activities across the region aimed at raising awareness and educating our target sectors. Provide support in pre-event promotion and post-event follow-up activities, monitoring and tracking the success of these initiatives.
- Keep sales leadership regularly informed of progress towards targets and goals, recommending adjustments as necessary.
Our ideal candidate possesses some of the below:
- Demonstrated track record in business development or sales, with a preference for experience within the non-profit, technology, or public sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; proficiency in other languages is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to multitasking, with the ability to forge strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and productivity tools like Microsoft 365.
- Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic, multicultural hybrid work environment.
