The MSRP of HelloSign standard licenses are US$600 / user (yearly charge) or US$30 / user / month (monthly charge). However, HelloSign offers generous discounts off the listed price for charities based on your needs. We will be happy to discuss this with you if you are interested!

We generally don’t advise sharing passwords among employees, but we do have some SSAs who sign up using a general company email so that the license isn’t tied to a specific person.
There’s no limit to signature requests under the Standard Plan, but there’s a limit to 40MB per document.

Yes, you are able to switch email addresses within the administrator settings once your account is activated.
Yes, they are legally binding in accordance with Singapore’s Electronic Transactions Act (ETA). You can find out more about it here. HelloSign uses (Public Key Infrastructure) PKI to validate the authenticity of signed documents as a hybrid e/digital signature solution. Documents signed via HelloSign are recognised by law under the Electronic Transactions Act (https://sso.agc.gov.sg/Act/ETA2010)
Yes, you can do so. Once your subscription expires, you will be downgraded to the free version of HelloSign. You will still be able to login and access your signed documents and account.
