Responsibilities
As a Tech account executive, you will be an important member of the BD and marketing team, responsible for all aspects of a customer’s relationship with TQ. You will act as our customers’ advocate to ensure that all departments understand customers’ requirements and respond with the right quality of service. You will develop plans to maximize business opportunities with each customer so that TQ may forecast demand accurately and integrate sales and marketing campaigns with individual account development plans.
Here are some ways you will be working together with us at TQ:
- Maintain and establish business relationship between TQ and its customers (both internal and external)
- Develop TQ’s Tech projects to meet adequately all business needs of the assigned customers
- Ensure all Tech initiatives relating to customer services are met timely enough
- Work with the Tech team to ensure better service delivery and compliance with customer’s expectations
- Report activities directly to the CTO regarding the status of any customer-related transaction
- Ensure that product portfolio gives an accurate reflection of TQ’s customers’ ever-changing needs
- Streamline maintenance, user supports, training, installations, and solution design towards satisfaction of customers’ needs
Requirements
So… what does it take to get this role?
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, marketing, business, or related fields, including three to five years working experience in any of the fields
- Working experience in IT or marketing
- Familiarity with a number of IT field concepts, procedures, and practices
- Ability to plan and successfully accomplish TQ’s goals
- Possess latitude and creativity in handling customers’ accounts
- Ability to relate with customers, top management and junior team members in the Tech department and across other departments
- Ability to manage more than one Tech account at the same time
- Ability to maximize all business opportunities relating to each customer, like sales and marketing campaigns, resource requirements, and revenue forecasts
