We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting our sales efforts to deliver transformative solutions.
Your primary responsibilities will include providing sales support, managing client relationships, conducting marketing analysis, and assisting in marketing event support. Your role is vital in ensuring a smooth sales cadence and progression of sales leads towards purchase through effective follow-up strategies.

- Collaborate with our Business Development team to create proposals and presentation materials.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely responses and support.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with nonprofit clients, understanding their unique needs.
- Handle administrative tasks such as CRM management, contract preparation, and documentation to ensure sufficient sales operation.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling our digital solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify potential nonprofit clients, industry trends, and competitors. Provide insights and recommendations to guide targeted marketing and sales efforts.
- Implement and manage a structured sales follow-up process to nurture leads effectively and increase conversion rates.
- Continuously monitor and optimize the sales cadence to maximize lead conversion rates and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing events. Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and materials preparation.
- Support pre-event promotion and post-event follow-up activities to ensure the success of marketing events.
- Assist in creating event-specific marketing collateral and presentations that align with our brand and messaging.
- Generate and maintain comprehensive sales reports and forecasts, providing insights into sales performance.
- Keep sales leadership informed of progress toward targets and goals, recommending adjustments as needed.
Our ideal candidate possesses some of the below:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales coordination or support roles is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (preferred).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Passion for nonprofit and social good initiatives is highly desirable.
